The College Nine Apartment Community Room may be booked for use by student groups for casual gatherings of up to 30 guests. This unique community room offers a serene and calming atmosphere, thanks to its large windows that frame stunning views of the surrounding redwoods. Designed around a real tree, the space gives you the feeling of being immersed in the forest, while staying comfortably indoors. The individual study spaces allow for you to enjoy a beautiful view and focus on your studies, or fully immerse yourself in a topice with little distraction.

The room is ADA accessible, with a ramp leading to the front entrance, making it easy to move large items in and out during setup. An adjoining kitchen provides added convenience, whether residents are preparing a personal meal or serving food for a larger event. This versatile space is ideal for student study sessions, gatherings, meetings, and community events.
