Located in the Rachel Carson College Student Commons Building and adjacent to Rachel Carson Plaza, this versatile space serves primarily as a student lounge. When available, it may be reserved by College student groups for events that are open to the entire student body. Other campus organizations may reserve the lounge for private gatherings or meetings by exception.

The venue features a fresh, modern design with a wraparound balcony at the back, offering stunning ocean views. A skylight and large windows provide ample natural light, while motion-sensor lighting ensures consistent visibility throughout the day and evening. The space is equipped with air conditioning, or guests can open all three doors to enjoy a natural cross breeze. The ocean-view balcony is also accessible via a side entrance, allowing students to enjoy the view without entering the main room.
